To help meet our key objectives of product integrity and uniformity of quality and finish, our testing and quality finish, our testing and quality control is rigorous and innovative. Indeed, we were pioneers in developing the application of ultrasonic techniques to the inspection of valve hard facings. Production validation is accomplished at all stages using SPC techniques and gauging routines supported by laboratory facilities. All raw materials are supplied from accredited sources with batch traceability backed up by test/laboratory verification.

Fine finishing needs good handling and packaging.  All our valves are either individually sheathed or placed in custom designed boxes to protect them from surface damage and ensure that they arrive in the finest possible condition.
